This is the first non pixel art thing I've drawn in well over a year. I'm much happier with it than I was expecting to be. The line art is bad and the shape of the head is off. I'm also not too happy with the shading, but it's better than a lot of shading I've done it the past. I plan to redraw this later and see how much I've improved.
This was also my first time using Clip Studio Paint. My first impression of the software, by which I mean the process of downloading it and starting the free trial, could not have possibly been worse, but I've heard enough good things about it that I'm giving it a try anyway. However, telling me the free trial was 6 months, only for it to be 30 days unless you give them your credit card info (in which case you get 3 months, still not 6) AND saying the subscription cost was $0.99, only for it to actually be a little under $5 on PC? Adobe gave me a better experience and its Adobe.
